  • Expert consultancy: We listen to your requirements and use our expertise to come up with the best solution for you. We’re part of the Zumtobel Group, but if we think a product from another supplier is really the right one for you, we’ll integrate this into the solution as well.
  • Long-lasting light: Of course we’ll be using the latest lighting technology. But we also make sure that the solutions we come up with are futureproof. For example, you’ll still be able to get replacements or expert help with your lighting solution for the next 15 to 20 years.
  • Help at hand: Depending on the options you choose, you’ll get remote support from our dedicated team - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Or, if necessary, we’ll send them out to help you on-site. In many cases we can reach you within 24 hours, and we can get almost anywhere in the world within three days.

We’re your partner at every stage of the project. At the very beginning of a new project, we offer electrical and lighting design services and help set up any lighting and emergency control systems.

If you are renewing or refurbishing an existing site, we provide detailed reports on potential energy savings and cost reductions from daily operation and maintenance.

  • Project delivery

Our highly qualified commissioning and service engineers really look after your lighting.

They deliver a reliable and precise service to make sure that your system meets your requirements. Even if you choose not to use lighting controls or emergency systems, we will still help you get the best out of your luminaires.

  • Object management

We provide a general service agreement (SLA), additional complementary services and a yearly inspection of your lighting infrastructure. This makes sure your lighting solution should serve you in the best way possible for many years to come.

Service level agreement (SLA)

Depending on the scope of service agreed, you get guaranteed availability and a guaranteed reaction time for our services. If necessary, we’re there for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Complementary services

Alongside the SLA, you can choose a series of complementary services. From remote help to on-site support, you only pay for them when they are really needed. It’s all simple and transparent so you know you’re only paying for what you really require.

Annual inspection

Our yearly maintenance service enables us to make sure that your lighting solution is in great working order.
